One of the best ways to hear Rowan Gibson is by attending one of his public innovation seminars, which have been held in major cities around the world. These events are usually one-day or half-day in duration. They give Rowan a chance to outline exactly what it takes to build a capacity for “all-the-time, everywhere” innovation inside an organization.

The full one-day seminar consists of four 90-minute sessions in total, along with two 30-minute refreshment breaks and a 75-minute lunch break. The condensed half-day seminar is reduced to two sessions only, with a refreshment break in between. The session themes are “The new innovation imperatives”, “Turning rhetoric into reality”, “Boosting innovation performance”, and “Driving innovation to the core”.

Rowan uses very graphic Powerpoint slides – each slide typically features just one powerful image and a single statement –which makes his seminars extremely dynamic. He also allows time for interactive discussions with the audience.
