Executive Summits


Often, an organization decides to get its C-level people around a single table to listen to Rowan Gibson and his insights on innovation. On other occasions, it’s an intimate group of top leaders from several companies or public service organizations. At such times, Rowan conducts an executive summit for 2 or 3 hours in an exclusive setting.
These events, which usually include quite extensive Q&A, have taken place in locations all over the world – from New York to Kuala Lumpur, from London to Johannesburg, from Amsterdam to Helsinki – involving key executives from companies like ABN-AMRO, AON, ASTRO, Debswana, Generali, Heineken, KLM, Philips, Rolls Royce, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sovereign Foods, Sara Lee, Steelcase, and UPM. Public service organizations have included the Royal Mail (United Kingdom), the Province of the Eastern Cape (South Africa), and the Botswana Housing Corporation.
Rowan also makes in-company presentations to larger audiences inside an organization, which can similarly be 2 or 3 hours in duration. Previous clients include AOK, FINN, Generali Group, NOKIA, Province of the Eastern Cape (South Africa), Roche, and Volkswagen.
